Bhaktapur, May 21: President of the Nepal Workers and Peasants Party and MP Narayan Man Bijukchhe met with Cuban ambassador to Nepal Mrs Olga Chamero Trias in Bhaktapur yesterday.

On the occasion, Mr Bijukchhe said the NWPP, being an international party, extends support to Cuba in its struggle for justice and expressed confidence that relations between Cuba and Nepal will grow stronger in the days ahead.

Speaking at a farewell reception organized in her honour, Mrs Trias expressed gratitude to the party for its support.

Mrs Trias also inspected the historic sites of Bhaktapur yesterday. Her assignment in Nepal is completing on July 10.
