Nepal Bangladesh Bank Ltd.(NB Bank) declared a five percent dividend and a bonus share issue of 2 to 1 for its shareholders at the bank’s 7th annual general meeting Sunday, an announcement said.

The bank’s operating profit for the fiscal year 2000/01 was Rs.446 million. The bank’s deposits during the year totaled Rs.8.6 billion with Rs.7.35 billion in investment.
