“This is crazy that federation hasn’t started anything yet,” SAF Gold medalist Ravi Shrestha said, and added, “This has frustrated all of us and we were forced to do this.” Players also revealed that they are continuing their training with their own pocket money.
“We won’t open the locks until and unless they (federation) fulfill our demands,” Ravi shrestha, who is also the coordinator of the movement told Nepalnews.
In the meantime, the SAG organizing Committee has requested all participating countries to send their participating numbers by June 18. According to documents provided by Sports and Youth Ministry of Sri Lanka, countries should also send their players name by July 27.
