The meeting of the National Assembly delegated Legislation Committee Thursday concluded that the Chand government had been gradually transferring the power vested on the cabinet to King Gyanendra and sought documents on the different ordinances issued by the government.

The Committee has asked the cabinet secretariat to make available the documents related to the Medical Sciences National Academy Ordinance, 2059, the Public Service Management, (Follow-Up and Inspection) Ordinance 2059 and the Royal Family Expenditures Arrangement (First Amendment) Ordinance 2059  promulgated by King Gyanendra in accordance with the Constitution of Nepal.

It has also asked for the documents about the Council of Ministers work execution regulations made public recently and about the relief package launched recently. The meeting also decided to request the Prime Minister through the National Assembly chairman to summon the 23rd session of  the

National Assembly.
