African recruit Nurudeen Salau struck twice as defending Champion Manang Marshyangdi Club (MMC) slammed Rani Pokhari Corner Team (RCT 2-0) while Nepal Investment Bank Friends Club (NIBL FC) and New Road Team (NRT) played out to a 1-1 draw in the on-going San Miguel “A” Division League Football Tournament at Dasrath Stadium today.

Salau struck twice in the 35th and 86th minute respectively. MMC dominated throughout the match whereas RCT couldn’t even produce any breathtaking attempts.

In the other match, NIBL FC locked horns against NRT despite taking a lead first. Nilendra Dewan put NIBL FC ahead in the 11th minute but Jeevan Sinkeman cancelled the lead in the 54th minute.
