The women were found stranded by the ministerial team on Thursday which reached the airport after returning from Afghanistan after a study visit organised by a UN body, reports said.

The names and addresses of the women have been kept secret.

The Nepal Embassy in New Delhi said that the minister, after contacting the Ministry of Labour and Transport Management in Nepal, has directed it to arrest the traffickers.
