Home Minister Purna Bahadur Khadka has started misusing the special funds of the Home Ministry. In the past, the money was distributed to intellectuals, teachers and university teachers for various causes. This time, the money which is estimated to be about Rs. 7 million, has been distributed in the name of Maoists victims to the workers of his own constituency.
