The Maoists have declared a regional people’s government with executive and managerial rights at Magrant, situated in remote hilly district of Mid-western region, the Rajdhani Daily reported.

They have appointed the ministers to operate the so called government. The government was formed by the assembly of a free house of representatives with 27 members.
