Maoists abduct over 275 people

Maoists abducted over 275 people from Doti, Bajura and Accham districts of remote far-western region.

According to the Directorate of the Public Relations of the Royal Nepalese Army, Maoists abducted more than two hundred local people from Giri Chauki, Chepali, Daud and Toleni area of Doti district and took them to an undisclosed location.

Likewise, Maoists also abducted more than 75 people from different places of Bajura and Accham district in the name of providing training.
