KATHMANDU: President of the ruling Nepali Congress party Girija Prasad Koirala today formed a high level committee to coordinate between the Nepali Congress party and the government.

General Secretary of the party Sushil Koirala is the coordinator of the five member committee with two members from the party and two from the government.

The members of the committee are Minister for Home Khum Bahadur Khadka, Minister for Physical Planning and Works Chiranjibi Wagle, party spokesman Arjun Narsingh KC and NC central leader Ram Baran Yadav.

It is the first time that such a committee has been formed by the Nepali Congress to coordinate party and government activities.
