King Gyanendra has appointed Pushkar Man Singh Rajbhandari as the Nepalese ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan as per the Constitution of Nepal 1990, a Royal palace announcement said Wednesday.

Likewise King Gyanendra as per the Constitution of Nepal 1990, appointed Gyan Chandra Acharya as the permanent representative of the Kingdom of Nepal to the UN in Geneva, Switzerland.

Acharya has also been appointed permanent representative of the Kingdom of Nepal to all the other foreign organizations stationed in Geneva.
