King Gyanendra has appointed Ram Nagina Singh and Sushila Singh Silu to the vacant posts of Supreme Court Justice as per the Constitution of the Kingdom of Nepal 1990 and upon the recommendation of the Judicial Council, a Royal Palace announcement said Friday.

Both of them prior to their fresh appointments were serving as temporary justices at the Supreme Court.
