Biratnagar: A police patrol of the District Police Office Morang seized 260 litres of illegal liquor from a bus (Ko 1 aa 1073) heading towards Biratnagar from Kakarbhitta.

The liquor was seized during a surprise raid of the bus parked at local Bhrikuti Chok. The bus driver and the owner of the illict liquor have been absconding.

The seized liquor has been forwarded to the local VAT Office.
