Home Ministry has asked all protesters to refrain from obstructing highways that have affected travel movement of thousands of people.

Asking Chure Bhawar Ekata Samaj to stop obstructing highways, the Ministry has said that it has instructed district level security bodies to take measures to clear the major road networks.

Stating that the highway bandhs had troubled thousands of common people, the Ministry has warned that security bodies could take all kinds of measures to ensure smooth movement.

On Thursday, too, activists of Chure Bhawar had obstructed sections of East West Highway. They have been imposing indefinite bandh in Chure region demanding that Chure Bhawar be declared as autonomous region.
