As His Majesty the King is leaving for London, UK, the King has formed Council of Royal Representatives under the chairmanship of Crown Prince Paras for discharging duties during His Majesty’s absence, RSS reported Sunday.

The Council was formed in accordance with the Constitution of the Kingdom of Nepal 1990, the report said.
