The government will revive a Rs.1 million parliamentary constituency development fund for 265 members of parliament by enacting suitable rules as ordered by the Supreme Court, Finance Minister Dr.Ram Sharan Mahat told parliament Wednesday.

The apex court last month ruled such expenditure was irregular without supporting financial rules governing government financial disbursements earning the wrath of legislators.

Dr. Mahat said the rules will be framed within one month.
