Kathmandu, April 5: The Federation of Nepalese Chambers Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) has decided to observe the national industry and commerce day for the first time on April 10. The observance, FNCCI believes, will raise awareness and enhance enthusiasm in the economic sector, including industry and commerce, and extend significant contributions in the development and promotion of the sector,.

The FNCCI social services committee meeting held under its chairman Shashi Kanta Agrawal decided to launch various programmes with committee co-chairman Gopal Prasad Chhetri as the convenor and Durgesh Karki as the co-convenor.

Accordingly, it is also to hold a blood donation programme on April 7 and set up a health camp at Pharping on April 8.
