Kathmandu, March 21:Member-secretary of the National Sports Council Binod Shanker Palikhe bid farewell to the five courageous youths who set out for world tour with the slogan of world peace and brotherhood, Tuesday.

In the programme, Palikhe said that such a type of work would help Nepal to disseminate her message of Peace in the international arena.

Laxman Sapkota, one of the five cyclists, started the tour alone in 2046 B.S. and visited seven nations. He has visited altogether 29 nations of Europe, Asia and Africa.

The courageous youths Laxman Sapkota, Khaga Bahadur Khatri, Guru Kandel, Devi Kandel and Tara Kandel aim to complete the world tour within ten years.
