Four facilitators met Prime Minister Surya Bahadur Thapa Thursday and will meet Maoists Friday to prepare for the third round of government, rebel talks.

“There has been an agreement to meet unofficially before the official talks,” Padma Ratna Tuladhar said. “Government is sincere about talks,” Tuladhar and Shailendra Kumar Upadhaya told Nepal Television.
