The Education Ministry Tuesday approved to implement an Education for All (EFA) plan by the year 2015, a source at the Ministry said.

The EFA Forum meet chaired by Education Minister Devi Prasad Ojha endorsed the ambitious plan. It took two years to prepare the Plan.

Nepal agreed to execute the Plan at a World Education Forum meet in Dhakar, Senegal, in 2000.
