Dr. Jigindra Jha, businessman and associate of panchayat-time prime minister Dr.Tulsi Giri, died Monday, his family said. He was  President of the Nepal India Friendship Society and the general secretary of the international committee of the World Hindu Federation.

He left behind two sons and two daughters. He was cremated at Aryaghat Monday.
