Last Tuesday, when the police were searching for insurgents, they, instead found three couples who were deeply engaged in love making. The police arrested them. However, it has not been said, under which act have they have been arrested and put behind the bar. Intellectuals have commented whether making love is a crime under the democratic government of the Nepali Congress.

However if the arrested people commit suicide because of shame, who will be responsible? Will Police Inspector Kedar Sharma, who had lead the search, take responsibility? Or, will it be Home Minister Purna Bahadur Khadka or IGP Achyut Krishna Kharel?
