Chautara, Feb. 13: Member of Parliament Mohan Bahadur Basnet and Subash Karmarcharya jointly inaugurated the eighth district council meeting of Sindhupalchowk district here today.

Speaking on the occasion mp basnet said development following restoration of democracy in the country has not met aspirations and expectations of the people.
