The government has formed an inquiry commission to probe an accident Saturday in which former prime minister and president of the ruling Nepali Congress Party Girija Prasad Koirala escaped unhurt in a vehicular accident, an announcement said.
The probe will be conducted by retired supreme court judge Narendra Bahadur Neupane. Nepuane will report to the government 15 days after beginning work.
