The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) Sunday prepared charge sheets against former Ministers Khum Bahadur Khadka and Jaya Prakash Prasad Gupta and registered cases against them at the Special Court.

The CIAA has also decided to file a case against Kailash Sirohiya for the alleged irregularities committed at the time of obtaining license for Kantipur television.
