Samsung Jawalakhel Youth Club (SJYC) ousted defending Champions New Road Team (NRT) 2-1 to enter the finals of the 3rd Nepal Bank Junior League Football Tournament while Armed Police Force (APF) sidelined Nabil Three Star Club 5-4 in sudden death at ANFA Complex, Satdobato.

In the SJYC versus NRT match, Silash Rai scored the opening goal in the 22nd minute but Sulan Maskey leveled the score in the 25th minute. But Rajendra Thapa scored the match winning goal in the 42nd minute to seal the match. In the other match, Armed Police Force sidelined Nabil Three Star Club 5-4 in penalty shoot out. After playing to 1-1 draw in regulation time, both teams ended the play without scoring in the extra added time and the match was separated by the shoot out battle.

The winner will grab one lakh rupees while the runner up team will win 50,000. Both semifinalists will receive 25,000 cash each.
