Indian ambassador to Nepal, Shiv Shankar Mukherjee, called on Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala at the latter’s official residence at Baluwatar Saturday.

Matters related to the promulgation of interim constitution and arms management were chiefly discussed during the hour-long meeting held in the morning.

Other political issues and matters of bilateral interests also figured during the meeting, it is learnt.
