Three Nepalis were arrested Monday for investigation in a racket to illegally smuggle expensive and rare beetles to Japan following the arrest of two Japanese nationals 10 days ago, officials said.
Rana Bahadur Tamang, Usha Kiran Pulami and Dil Bahadur Gurung were arrested by the Kathmandu District Office for questioning.
They were arrested after the confessions of the two Japanese.
