Kathmandu, Aug.15: The Salt Trading Corporation will manage the Nepal Coal Limited under the terms of an agreement signed Monday between the two enterprises.

Under the terms of the agreement, the STC will disburse 10 percent dividend to shareholders every year irrespective of profit or loss, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies said.
