Kathmandu, Feb. 4: Prime Minister Krishna Prasad Bhattarai has congratulated Mrs Sirimao Bandaranaike, Prime Minster of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on the occasion of the independence commemoration day of Sri Lanka.
