Kathmandu, Mar 4: Central spokesman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Kamal Thapa has said that the political ideology and principles adopted by the party were geared towards the welfare of the country and the people.
Mr. Thapa was inaugurating the third district council meeting of the RPP Dhading district committee and a party workers’ gathering here on Thursday.
Calling upon the local party workers to dedicate at least three days to make the “RPP Amidst the People” special programme successful, he said the party workers should take initiatives for resolving local and national level problems.
The responsibility of building a new and prosperous Nepal has ultimately fallen on the shoulders of the RPP, he opined and said the party was capable of fulfilling this onerous responsibility.
Addressing the programme RPP central member Budhiman Tamang, MP, said the party organisation would be strengthened and the party would win elections in future only if the party workers were dedicated and revolutionary in spirit.
RPP central member Bishwa Bandhu Thapa stressed that the party workers should be always dedicated to nationality, democracy and development with dignity and a degree of self-reliance.
Mr. Thapa and Mr. Tamang also felicitated 13 senior citizens and party workers at the programme presided over by RPP Dhading district president and central secretariat member Thakur Prasad Sharma.
