Dhanagadhi, Mar. 16: Rastriya Prajatantra party central member and RPP far western regional co-ordinator Jog Mehar Shrestha declared open the first district Kailali district convention of the party’s youth organisation here recently.
On the occasion, he observed that the youth should point out the wrong doings of the leaders and pressurise them to do a norm-and value-based politics.
“RPP (Chand) no longer exists and RPP has now united to end irregularities and anomalies seen in the country and achieve national development,” he said.
RPP wanted the country to have good governance and a stable government, no matter whoever might take the leadership of Nepali Congress, he said the current political instability had its adverse impact on the task of resolving maoist problem and good governance in the country.
RPP central joint general secretary Mohan Raj Malla said as a politics of indiscretion prevailed in the country today in the name of multi-party system the youth should be active to end anomalies of all kinds.
RPP central member Narayan Datta Bhatt, National Democratic Student Organisation central member Shashi Silwal, National Democratic Youth Organisation central member Arjun Hamal and RPP Kailali unit chairman Hikmat Bahadur Malla, and other also expressed their views.
The convention elected Surya Bahadur Shah chairman of National Democratic Youth Organisation district Ad Hoc Committee.
