Kathmandu, June 28:   A delegation of the Nepal Utpidit Dalit Jatiya Mukti Samaj met Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala at the latter’s office in Singha Durbar and requested him to fulfill the 18 point demands for the reinstatement of the Dalit rights.

On the occasion Prime Minister Koirala assured them of implementing their constitutional demands with utmost sympathy.

Mr Koirala urged the representatives of the Samaj to discontinue the fast they are staging. Also present on the occasion was Minister of State for Local Development Suresh Malla.
