Kathmandu, June 15: Ambassador designate of India to Nepal Deb Mukharjee arrived here today from Bangladesh to present his credentials to His Majesty the King.
The newly appointed Indian ambassador was received at Tribhuvan International Airport by the ADC to His Majesty the King and the protocol officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Prior to his appointment as ambassador to Nepal, Mr Mukharjee was Indian High Commissioner in Bangladesh.
