At a time when the government had taken some unpopular decisions to strengthen the economy of the country, people have given mandate to the government in the by-election of Jhapa and Morang. They have ratified the decisions taken by the government as the decision taken in favour of the nation. The victories of the Nepali Congress candidates in Jhapa and Morang shows that the government is popular among the people.
