Hetauda: General Secretary of Nepali Congress Sushil Koirala felicitated 10-year-old Sushanta Lama, a resident of Chowkitole, Hetauda Municipality-1 in recognition of his ability of driving light vehicles.

According to father of the boy Suresh Lama, the boy drives a car or a jeep every day on Hetauda-Bhimphedi or Hetauda-Birgunj or Hetauda-Narayangadh route daily.

The driver is a student of the local Arniko Boarding High School.

As per the existing law of the land, a person is eligible for obtaining a driving license from the concerned authority only after attaining the age of 16.
