Kathmandu, May 28: The CPN-UML has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Agam Singh Rai, the world famous Victoria Cross (VC) winner.

In a statement of condolences, the party has extended heartfelt tributes to the late Rai and condolences to the members of the bereaved family.
