Two passengers were killed when a jeep they were travelling in overturned on the Mahendra Highway at Narsingha-9 Sunsari district Thursday afternoon.
The two passengers – Kancha BK, 45, and Mona BK – died on the spot, reports said. Three others including the driver of the jeep were seriously injured in the accident.

The injured passengers are undergoing treatment at a hospital in Inaruwa, Sunsari, reports added.
