Two persons were killed in separate road accidents on the Butwal-Narayanghat highway Friday evening.

According to reports, an eight-year-old boy was killed at Amarapura area of the highway when a jeep hit him last evening.

Similarly, an elderly man was killed after he was hit by a bus when he was crossing the road in Pragatinagar, Chitwan district, last evening. He died on the spot, reports said.
