Training Institute for Technical Instruction (TITI) Sanothimi Bhaktapur has started different levels of training programmes for people from the underprivileged and backward sections of the society affiliated with different organisations across the country.

The technical instruction programme is being organised in three levels; one is for the people from the rural areas and is known as DAG training, next is the training for the Supervision of Instruction and last one is Occupational Instructional Skills, a press release issued by TITI said.

The DAG training will take two weeks, Supervision of Instruction programme three weeks and Occupational Instructional Skill programme will last for four weeks. Fifteen working staff from different parts of the country are participating in the training.

Speaking at the inaugural function, TITI executive director Dhruba Prasad Dhungel, said that the training will focus on those workers belonging to the less privileged sections of the society as they were not able to afford such training programmes. “The training being given would help to enhance the skills of those from the backward communities,” he added.

At the same programme, project Manager Dr Ignaj Rijar of Swiss Contact said that the designation of such programme will be beneficial for them and would help them gain positive discrimination.
