A two man bench of the Supreme Court Tuesday ordered the Prime Minister’s Office, Home Ministry and Immigration Department to produce original documents before the Court for expelling Singapore national, Tan Hong Chu, on charges of proselytization.

Tan was expelled two months ago. Lawyers say Tan was legally running a soap factory in Saath Dobato in the Valley.
