The Nepali Congress Deuba central committee met in special session in Nepalgunj Wednesday and congratulated King Gyanendra, Queen Komal, Crown Prince Paras and Crown Princess Himani on the birth of the Nava Yubaraj.
The special session wished the newborn long life and happiness. Deuba Congress is in Nepalgunj to rally grassroots support for his faction of the party after a split last month.
