Prime Minister Surya Bahadur Thapa has conferred the “Commercially Important Person (CIP)” honour to 25 businessmen and organisations amid a function on Friday, reports said.

The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies Thursday announced the names of 25 businessmen and organisations to be felicitated with the CIP honour, the reports said.

The CIP honour is recognition for businessmen and enterprises that have outstanding contributions in exports, industrial production, investment and employment generation.
