Prime Minister Lokendra Bahadur Chand Friday inaugurated the Chitwan Festival along the Narayani River near Bharatpur and said such festivals will help spur the national economy.
This is the fourth festival held once every two years. The Festival is organized by the Narayani Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bharatpur and Ratnanagar municipalities and Ratnanagar Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
There are 275 stalls exhibiting Nepali products and services at the Festival. The Festival is promoted by Nepal Tourism Board and the FNCCI.
