The Election Commission is sponsoring an all party meet at 2 PM Wednesday to discuss the holding of free and fair elections on November 13, a Commission spokesman said. All parties represented in the dissolved parliament have been invited. The meeting will also discuss the implementation of an election code of conduct to ensure fair polls.

The Commission called the meeting one day after Prime Minister She Bahadur Deuba returned home from visits to Europe and Thailand.
