Mukunda Acharya, former Director General of Radio Nepal and joint secretary at the Ministry of Communications, has been appointed Chairman of Nepal Television, an announcement said Thursday.

Former NTV general manager Tapanath Sukla has been reinstated. Sukla succeeds Durganath Sharma.
