The NEPSE index slipped 1.68 points at the end of four-day trading Friday. The market opened at 223.76 points Monday and closed at 222.08 points Friday.
Commercial bank share index lost 1.54 points during the week falling from 212.68 to 210.94 points.
Commercial bank shares accounted for 60.97 percent of the total weekly trade. Altogether 113,646 shares valued at Rs.35,36 million were sold in 412 transactions.
Bank of Kathmandu led the market with 72,146 shares traded at Rs.18.32 million.
