The NEPSE index slipped 2.4 points at the end of five trading Friday. The market opened at 203.3 points Monday and closed at 200.9 points Friday.
Commercial bank share index fell from 195.05 points to 192.53 points during the week though the development bank index gained marginally from 256.56 points to 257.56 points. Commercial bank shares accounted for 56.93 percent of the total trade.
Altogether 49,919 shares worth Rs.9.83 million were sold through 2,246 transactions. United Finance led the market with 28,890 shares worth Rs.3.14 million sold.
