A meeting between the Nepali Congress (NC) and the Nepali Congress (Democratic) leaders on Monday morning concluded inconclusively.

General Secretary of NC, Sushil Koirala, reportedly refused support to the Deuba led government saying, “This government is a continuity of regression and NC will continue protests until regression is corrected.”

However Koirala informed leaders of NC(D), should Deuba reinstate the dissolved parliament, NC would join the government.
