Nabil Bank Limited announced a dividend of Rs.55 per share including an interim dividend of Rs.25 and one bonus share for every four shares, the Bank’s press release said.

The decision was made at the 16th annual general meeting of the Bank. Nabil is Nepal’s first joint venture bank.
